Phoenix Realty is a full service real estate company started many years ago (in the 80's) by a Christian couple in Cary. This was when Cary was just a railroad stop with a stop sign and a few aged homes sprinkled around the land and I-40 was two lane road. Time has changed. In 2004, Phoenix was purchased by Triangle Group Realty of Durham & Chapel Hill. Since then, Phoenix has moved to become one of the premier residential property property management companies serving the Wake County, Orange County, and Durham County. We have homes in all these areas.
