Phoenix Realty is a full service real estate company, which performs Seller & Buyer Representation Services and Property Management. Phoenix Realty started by a Christian couple in Cary back in 1980's. This was when Cary was just a railroad stop with a stop sign and a few aged homes sprinkled around the terrain and I-40 was two lane road. In 2004, Phoenix Realty was purchased by Triangle Group Realty of Durham & Chapel Hill, run by Vincent Thai. The company continues to serve our community representing home sellers and buyers plus providing local property management services to investors. Today, we serve most of Wake County (certain part of Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina), Orange County (Chapel Hill, Carborro, Hillsborough), and Durham County (mainly S.W Durham and North Durham). Our property management manages homes in all these areas.
