Phoenix Realty is a full service real estate company, which performs Seller & Buyer Representation Services and Property Management. Phoenix Realty was started by a Christian couple in Cary back in the 1980's, when Cary was just a railroad stop with a few aged homes and I-40 was two lane road. In 2004, Phoenix Realty was purchased by Triangle Group Realty of Durham & Chapel Hill, run by Vincent Thai. The company continues to serve our community, representing home sellers and buyers in addition to providing local property management services to investors. Today, we serve most of Wake County (Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina), Orange County (Chapel Hill, Carborro, Hillsborough), and Durham County (mainly S.W Durham and North Durham).

	Mei Thai is a native of Taiwan and studied here in the U.S. for her master and Doctoral degree. As a business owner for over 25 years, her conscientious and accurate research for clients, and the overall business, proves to be her strength. Mei is concerned for her clients interests and will walk the extra mile to solve any problems or issues that arise. Also, with a desire to teach and develop, Mei is determined to impart her skill and knowledge. On personal time, she enjoys teaching in community schools and spending time with her family. 	Lydia Guerrero possesses more than 10 years experience in business development with small to mid-size companies. With an interest and desire to truly help others, Lydia is the person to turn to for coordinating, consulting, and negotiating the best deal for your real estate needs. Lydia specializes in new construction, luxury homes, 1st time home buyers, relocation, and leasing. 	Davood Soleymani is a licensed real estate agent and would love to be your Realtor. Whether you are looking to find the perfect house or sell your home, he is the man for the job! Davood also specializes in residential leasing and property management in the triangle area. He has been living in different areas of The Triangle for over fifteen years, during which has gained knowledge about the city that allows him to better market your home. Davood received his degree in computer technology from Edmund Community College. He also has experience with residential real estate, sales and marketing, internet promotion, as well as construction. 	Flora Yu joined the team in early 2009, and is the accountant who manages the Rental Trust account and Security Deposit account. She has a masters degree from Villanova University. During tax season, Flora works at H&R Block. Traveling around the world is her dream.
	Amy Thao Thai joined Phoenix in early 2011 as the voice on the other end of the line. She graduated with a Bachelors Degree from UNC with a double major in Management and Sociology but most likely will be a career student, currently taking classes at NC State for Human Resources Management. Other than work, Amy likes to be involved with non-profit organizations domestically and abroad, especially in Vietnam where she was born. 	Vince Thai enjoys real estate and has done so for over 20 years. Vince took over the helm of Phoenix Realty in 2004 merging with Triangle Realty Group. Prior to real estate, Vince held customer management, product management, business development, engineering, technical sales roles in network system, software development at AT&T Bell Labs, Nortel Networks, IBM, and Alcatel. Vince attended Georgia Institute of Technology BSEE & North Carolina State University with Master of Management.
