When you refer a qualified tenant to us and we lease them a property, we will pay you 15% of one month's rent. You must bring a completed application (Phoenix application $60, Commitment Fee of 1 month rent) with the required checks.  If and when that tenant decides to buy their own home we will refer him or her back to you. A win-win.
